China is a country endowed with numerous natural attractions and historical sites. Below are some must-see attractions.

Great Wall of China:

The Great Wall of China is one of the 'Eight Wonders of the World' and is enlisted in the World Heritage Directory. This immense wall was built to keep out invaders as well as to retain the inhabitants.

Forbidden City, Beijing:

The magnificent Forbidden City is the largest and the best-preserved imperial palace complex in the world. Ancient Chinese belief represents 'Divine Perfection' and surrounded by a moat six meters deep and ten-meter high wall.

Terracotta Army:

The Terracotta Army is one of the top attractions in China, because of its historical significance and uniqueness. It is significant life-size models represent the army that triumphed over all other Chinese armies and who were the decisive factor in forming a united China.

Beijing Zoo, just west of the second ring road, is now the biggest zoo in China with the largest animal number of species. The highlight of Beijing Zoo is for many the hall of the giant panda. As everyone knows, the giant panda is native to China.

The Temple of Heaven:

The Temple of Heaven, where the Emperors paid homage to the glory of heaven, is the largest group of structures in the country dedicated to rituals.
